Where to start

It's your future and it's never too soon to start thinking about what you want to do next. Start by taking a look at the advice for your year. This will give you some tips on how to make the most of your time, and things you can do each year to build your skills and boost your employability.

You'll also find links to resources provided by the Careers Service, including worksheets, video clips and other websites with useful advice.

The Business School's Skills Vault is the ideal place to find out more about the transferable power skills we know employers value so highly. Based on the School's Skills Matrix we have built a repository of highly recommended online resources (videos, articles, and so on) which are designed to deepen your understanding and inspire you to work on the skills most relevant to your own development goals.

And finally, read about the Edinburgh Award to find out how you can gain official recognition for involvement in these activities, while making the most out of your experience at the Business School.
