The alumni network is closely integrated with the School and many alumni volunteer their time as guest speakers or project hosts, so it's likely that you will have the chance to meet or interact with some of them during your studies.

Guidance
When connecting with alumni on LinkedIn, we recommend you follow these simple guidelines:
- Be clear about why you are getting in touch
- Do your research about how you are connected with the alumnus beforehand
- Be mindful of their time by being concise
- Don't make anyone feel like you are pressuring them for a job

If you are unable to find the contacts you require through LinkedIn, then you are welcome to submit a specific request for contacts to the Alumni Team by completing the Alumni Contact Request Form. We have also developed a quick guide on how to approach conversations with alumni:
