We offer a number of Career and Personal Development related workshops, masterclasses, skills sessions, career lounges and networking events on topics like public speaking skills, off-site hands-on leadership workshops, and employer-led mock assessment centres.
Typically these sessions will be opened up initially to Edinburgh Award participants only, and then if spaces remain, to the whole MSc cohort. Please note that spaces on these sessions can fill up quickly, so register in advance and if you cannot attend, please cancel your registration so someone else can.

Santander funding
You can apply directly for funding, usually capped to a maximum of £300 per student, which should be used for the purposes of business engagement.
Support can be given to:
- industry events, conferences or competitions
- career exploration treks
- activities related to business engagement for professional development
Unfortunately we are unable to fund:
- dissertation or capstone research
- travel to job interviews
- social activities
- subsistence (food and drink)
